The Hicksville High School administrative team includes Assistant Principals Sabaa Daly, Michael Marando, Knatasha Hunter, and Lauren DuBeau. Assistant Principals support students based on grade level.

Families can monitor grades, attendance, and quarterly progress reports via the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Official marking periods run quarterly, with key milestones, such as the end of Q1, typically wrapping up in early November. For day-to-day assignments, students should regularly log into their respective Google Classrooms.

Hicksville High School provides students with premium access to several digital learning platforms, including IXL for individualized math and language arts skill-building and Castle Learning for comprehensive study and review. These tools are highly integrated into regular instruction to bolster student achievement.

The high school coordinates dedicated Regents Review sessions leading up to state examinations. Additionally, standard test preparation resources for the SAT, ACT, and PSAT are continually updated and pushed out to students through the Guidance Department and targeted Google Classroom postings.

If a student wishes to establish a new organization, they must complete an official Application for Club Charter, secure a faculty advisor, and obtain administrative approval from the Student Activities Director and the Principal.
